Ultimately, the constitutional doctrine of the grant of rights gives companies a privilege, the illegitimate and power that undermines the freedom and authority as citizens. While corporations are setting the agenda on the issues in our Congress and the courts, We the people are not, because you can never speak so loudly with our own voices as corporations can with the unlimited expansion of money.
