How long does a personal injury case against an insurance company have to settle once and filed in Connecticut?
I case personal injury was filed on September 05, against homeowners inusurance. At present, a status conference is scheduled for February 2007. Other parties were involved in Defendente, but were not responsible rulle in April 2006, and a movement of default was granted against Defendente. Today the latest proposal is "the list of trial" in September 2006
Personal injury against an insurance company? Very strange. Were falsely arrested you? Or that unfairly discriminate against you? Personal injury suits may take 3-6 years to reach a conclusion. Normally layoffs occur very rapidly, however.
