Homeowners Insurance with tenants – desperately?

My dad has homeowner's insurance coverage includes occupation: a) Housing b) Other structures of C) Personal Property d) loss of use, which lived there for a while and then rented his two friends / tenants. If there is damage caused Natural home (ie, fire, storm, etc.), shall be the primary owner of Insurance cover any of the following: 1) Loss of rental income monthly? 2) Cost of repairing the house or rebuilt? 3) bill mortgage payment? Thanks What else? I desperately need answers, please help!

He has to change to a policy owner. A policy of homeowners covers owner-occupied housing, tenants unoccupied. Depending on the policy you select, you must provide coverage for loss of rent and property damage. You may also liability coverage civil, medical expenses, and possibly some coverage of content for the content it offers to tenants. For the payment of the mortgage, he remains responsible for the payments, even if the house is damaged. Hopefully your income loss coverage will help you keep your current mortgage payments.
