CA DUI invalidation affect insurance rates?
I received a copy of DUI in July 2001 and has been affecting my insurance rate since then. Under the new DUI laws I received a DUI (a misdemeanor) will be on my album until 2011. Am I eligible for expungement in this case. My question is if I can clear my DUI my car insurance company that you can see my DMV record and my insurance company be allowed to charge the same speed?
