I run the financial services department for a small brokerage supplements. I need ideas to market to customers of P & C?

How I can effectively market investments, life insurance and health insurance to our existing customer base? Standard answers phone calls, mail, seminars, blah, blah, blah. I am looking for an idea taken from other agencies on the hump for success.

First, I want to know what you're doing now and what has worked and what has not worked. Then what kind of things you want? Phone calls and mailings are great when used properly. Also I like references. That is my main strategy for building a business. It just has to be proactive. You do not have any programs that hit really incredible hands competition down? If so, you really want to focus on them. When building a marketing plan, we always want to know who is our target market is first. Secondly, where are in the greatest concentration. Thirdly, what is the best way to communicate with them. One of my ideas favoriate is to establish a link with a CPA or two in the city and send a "courtesy meeting overall investment" to all shipments to customers in their next invoice.
