insurance awareness day
How can effectively sell our company products / services? I work for a telecommunications company?

I work for a telecommunications company. our company's products include phones that are available, our service and additional features we offer as Internet service on your phone, pager, family, phone insurance to name a few. My boss encouraged us to think of ways and means to encourage more customers and subscription information dessimination back our company. and my boss has been blasting our ears for days now to improve our position in the company and our knowledge of the customer and subscription. please help me guys, I'm almost at the final trial. thank you!

How is the company marketing of their products to the public? Do you know what your "goal" is public? First you have several products here, the locator family and the Internet is a great thing for families. As should be directed to these demographics to sell to them. Then phone the insurance and service is something that higher value customers. You can not sell the product if it is marketed to the right audience. In the sale of part. Does everyone selling these products include vision, has been properly trained? It's really hard to sell the products if you have no idea why the company wants to push certain products and if yet not fully understand the products and services. Everyone must know the products inside and out is not to make customers wait while you go to ask questions about the product. The longer you wait less sales. So do you all have incentives to sell the product, besides it's your job. The employees are stuck in drills and so sometimes it's just good business to keep their employees motivated, do you all do any contest or something? The person selling the majority of insurance this month receive a free day off, or the largest of the new subscription sales are a parking spot and so on. You really can do much to Encourage employees. Believe it or not, Jean Day is the favorite of my employee. To meet these goals to get to wear jeans for a week. Silly I know, but it works. Does your company do customer service surveys? Do you know how past customers or current customers feel about their services. This is important, it is difficult to sell a product if people are not satisfied with it. If your company does not do that type I suggest doing them helps you to see what are the weaknesses and then you can improve them! I assume your company has a website. Is it easy to use? Sales can be improved by having a very friendly user site. Not everyone is good at computers but convincing people like it. Speaking of comfort in selling their products than the market really needs the comfort of their services, fun, but people like this word. People also likes things fast, good quality and fit. If this is not part of their field of current sales of your company might want to look into fitting it in some side. Do people call you? How is the flow of customer service. People can be easily disabled by a product if they have to wait for long periods of time to get the information. CSA also are your aloud to have a personality while remaining professional. I allow employees to have fun, not joking or something, but if the client is laughing and you want to move forward. Just makes people feel they are talking to a "human". The more efficient is the phone call, the shortest waiting times, and the faster you can process your application easier to sell their products. What about incentives customers as a free trial period, or 10% that the first two months. This always encourages more sales. For existing customers offer new agreements products is always good. Well good luck I always hate being under pressure at work.
