workcomp been after almost 3 years too bad faith filing, counsel for Hartford workcomp has had my file for 6 months. Finally heard from my attorney saying that the planned despostion for the next month, is this good or bad, my lawyer also said opposition lawyer, it seems that we have to go all the way with this, since it has not been settleing no mention of the opposition lawyer, said that going to make this desposition, and that the door is not closed yet on settleing, is this good or bad. thanks
They are turning around. They're dragging this into court as long as they can in hopes of frustrating it into submission. They want to make you pay for justice through the court costs. This tactic is often used by large companies that can afford to do this. Good luck and hope that a speedy resolution.
