How to obtain the return of air tickets?
We have 4 tickets booked aug.18 to aug.27 Phoenix. a sure we policy.but to cancel as my in-laws were unable to flee India because rasons health. But the policy says that since my in-laws are not in the U.S., can not get money back. but there is a reason behind it. for me and my husband also to raise money we need to show some of the documents. Can someone help me in this? Thanks in advance
you can not get a full refund … Most if not all, airlines do not refund your money … without But it will usually up to a year or two to claim their tickets, and can change the date … good luck
