The "hero" that works so well in a position of the company, may not have what it takes to succeed in owning and running a business. And some features thought to be active for that is self employed, actually can be passive in the current economic environment.
If you think business ownership might be the solution to its economic needs, ask yourself if you have these three characteristics necessary for business success. But first, consider what it thinks are key ingredients for success as an entrepreneur. Before singing to buying a franchise or an independent company or to start a business from scratch, ask yourself how personal characteristics correspond to those necessary for successful self-employment.
