How do I start the business of real estate brokerage?
I just got licensed real estate broker in California, and plan of doing business brokerage. I am not planning to set up a company or hire any agent. I'm thinking about joining Orange County Association of Realtors. Is really need E & O insurance? What steps am I missing? Any advice will be appreciated.
