insurance company denies claim
A client of my named Jim, was a hard working truck driver and father of two children. While driving his employer's tractor-trailer was involved in an accident that caused him to maintain broken two bones in his back. He was transferred immediately to the nearest trauma center where he spent the next few days. The doctors said I was lucky not to was paralyzed and a few days later he was discharged from the hospital and told to follow up with your family doctor. Jim notified his employer of the accident and the company insurance called him to take a statement. Jim told the insurance agent exactly what happened and a few days later received a letter in which they were denied his claim and not pay their wages and medical expenses. Jim was desperate when he came to my office and that did not receive any income. I did some checking and got the accident report, hired a private investigator and contacted the insurance company about its earlier decision.

Fortunately for Jim, he found my website on the Internet and asked me to book Iowa Workers' Compensation. I sent my book of accidents, along with an audio CD discuss the accident and an interview to discuss the system of Iowa workers' compensation. Jim lived in Texas, but led to a truck company Iowa I told Jim that the contract he signed with his employer, provided they receive the benefits of Iowa's workers' compensation. This was really good for Jim because Iowa has one of the best systems in the country. I had a phone conference with him by phone and agreed to take his case.

We were able to complete the required documents via email to sign it and not have to return to Iowa After speaking on the case, the company assurance that the claim was legitimate and Jim began to pay for lost wages. After losing several months of work, Jim made a satisfactory recovery. However, it was able to return to driving a truck, which is all he had done. While the case was pending as requested and qualified for insurance benefits Social Security Disability. We were set to a trial in this case, but a week before trial, could get a "fair" settlement of Jim so you can go ahead with his life.
