insurance company monopolies

I will be moving into a new apartment complex that requires separate insurance Dish satellite?
Am moving into new apt. complex – is pre-wired for Comcast Cable And apt. Comcast Cable pushes society worldwide. No other cable companies are legally allowed, but they can not keep you from Dish Network or Direct TV, but try to make it hard to get a runner requiring separate insurance on their residents to address apt. complex lesions and its residents or damage caused by the dish (right yeah, I know, how is the dish will harm or hurt anyone?) the matter is no company Insurance add an apartment complex and all its residents to the policy of my renters insurance and all insurance companies tell me this is a ridiculous request it is impossible to fulfill, but without this extra "secure" the apartment complex will not allow Dish or DirecTV to be installed. So I'm thinking this is their way to make sure they have no choice but to use Comcast, maybe get kickbacks? How can I bust through this monopoly?
This should not be an "extra pilot," as the complex say. I've heard of some complexes that require additional coverage before, however. His renters insurance that covers to something called "personal responsibility". Most likely has been set at $ 100,000. Some resorts may require you to raise this figure to $ 300,000 and that may be where they are getting the term "broker" Extra. "This should cover other (anyone, even your neighbors or friends who come to your APT), but is not intended to cover you or your immediate family who reside in the apt. Ask your agent about this. Also, ask the agency that handles his tenant policy if your policy covers damage to property of others. His apartment complex can not just be well informed about how to explain what you need for your policy. They may be explaining something you already have, or something very simple to add, and it seems difficult.
