Where can I find a company or organization to help me get a manual lightweight wheelchair for free?
I'ma poor person money wise. I am unable to pay a lightweight wheelchair. Can you help someone who is trustworthy? I am a quadgeplegic and can not afford and do not have insurance. Is there someone there who we can help me? Would be willing to pay out, I'm looking for a hand only helps /
