Am I protected under HIPAA if my work is short on Disability Leave harass me?
I am on short term disability leave from my job due to stress work. I had an argument with my boss called and demanded I tell my situation in detail. Basically, threated my job if I did not deal with it all day in my medical condition and also wants to follow every time I go to the doctor. He is very controlling hence the reason why I am away on vacation. Since my claim has been approved through my insurance company do I still have to report?
