The seizure rate of 100,000 is 22,000 in 2006 and this thought is largely a result of ANPR systems.
"The fight against uninsured drivers has increased the march, and we hope that the numbers seizure of vehicles to increase in coming months, "said Ashton West, Group Executive Director of the National Insurance Office.
