What are the functions of CSR licensed insurance?

A CSR license does everything from helping clients in making additions / deletions and changes to their existing insurance policies, answer insurance related questions, payment processing, writing new policies for new customers. In All insurance agencies I've worked, it was mandatory that all CSR be licensed to avoid a potential E & O claim (short for errors and omissions). The only worker / s who were not licensed were the telephone, that only calls to appropriate departments without answering questions about insurance.
