Currently I am not a birth control and planning to get the Mirena implant for my next cycle. Plan B has a high level of hormones that prevent the egg from being fertilized, but the plan B will not be removed if pregnancy is already pregnant. And you can only use within 72 hours of unprotected sex. I would call your gynecologist and ask their advice – to help in any way they can.
