Can I use the H06 insurance coverage?
This is for my country house being rented to a tenant. The association has a policy usually $ 839K for 8 units and assessment of my unit is only $ 167,100. How much of my general policy should cover? Or do I have to use insurance coverage DP3?
Ho6 only applies to the owner. Your tenant is responsible for coverage of personal property. You can get a DP3 with as $ 5,000 in housing and you can get some coverage for personal property. This policy also cover their liability.
