I know how long annotations stay on a license, but how long will account for insurance purposes?
I have ten points from my license, but four of these points sp50 on 08/05/05 (date of offense). I want to apply heavy vehicle driving jobs, but many employers state a maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes. Do these count 4 points? I know I can do that remove up on 08/05/09, but insurance companies give them up after 3 years?
The insurance company will ask you during the quote stage. You have a "duty of disclosure" disclose convictions up to 5 years. They usually don `t effect of the premium after 3 years though. Any drink or drug convictions have to be disclosed by up 12. To answer your question that will make a difference.
