insurance fraud investigator
What should I do before I'm accused of insurance fraud??

Recently I turned my car and had no insurance at the time of the accident. I bought some (with the suggestion of a few PPL) directly after the accident and did not report until 4 days later. Since then, the insurance company has been I turned around. I had to fax in some receipts, plus a police report that was filed before .. I told my claims adjuster what happnen, I told the investigator what happened. But I still have to have an interview with the researcher Creative SoundWorks, and he is doing to reach the documents establishing the date of the accident in which I say happnen. How far will investigate this?? Do insurance companies pay PPL (o.. .. As crane services) to report against me? When the investigation is shit that I know they know I'm lying??? Will you give me a chance to back out or be chasing me until I go to jail ????? HELP ?????

If we have not discovered yet, is accused of insurance fraud. You simply not been charged by the District Attorney YET! I'm an insurance adjuster and I'm laughing my ass right now. I have handled cases of fraud over the years and love see people like you run through the factory. You bought an insurance claim and reported 4 days later. That's a huge red flag for the company. The next time you try to pull a stupid stunt like this should wait at least 90 days after the policy began to present his claim fraudulent. Trust me know that lying and committing fraud and now is only going to get all the documentation needed to prove it and then go to the authorities and make charges criminal against him. You're screwed. Insurance companies and policyholders fraudulent hate honest people like you. BTW going to go so far as they need to investigate this complaint. They will not pay anyone to betray you, but you have the necessary information. Many towing companies provide documentation that proves the actual date of the accident without too much pressure. If asked to come in for an examination under oath, then you know you are only a couple of days away from denying his claim and ask the District Attorney to file criminal charges against him. Good to see Running Scared, you deserve it for trying to take this forward. You may want to talk to a lawyer and consider dropping the claim. Thus, if you do not take the money that will not be charged with fraud and probably did not bother to charge him with attempted fraud unless the claim is large or dollars if it acted as a whistle and the insurance investigator wants to teach a lesson. Good luck, you'll need it. Enjoy the giant paperweight that your vehicle will remain, and will not have to pay a dime.
