When writing a letter of appeal from a denial of service from your health insurance company, is bad 2 threat 2 sue?
I already called and shouted, threatening to sue, but I want the procedure adopted, it should play nicey-Nice in my complaint / appeal letter?
It will not be effective. Have all staff of lawyers. You need to make your case in a logical manner with facts and documents and references to the policy terms specific. It will take more than just "I want the procedure adopted." Get the doctor on your side to support the "medical necessity".
