My ex-boss does not give me my two weeks in a control hold or the money you owe for not paying the insurance medl?
I quit my job for health reasons and was granted unemployment. I asked my former boss when I receive my salary for two weeks in a cellar of DOH and stated that he would give me on 9 / 30, and her insurance money took from my paycheck and the company received and I NEVER set out for him. I went to yesterday's workplace and behaved as he has lost, and apparently finding that she lime when I said that is fine I have not had a call yet, and I emailed this morning asking when should I expect my payment? No no answer! What can you do?
Contact the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. File a complaint. I bet you will 'find' it.
