Is there an extension of unemployment insurance in Illinois after 6 months are up?
I was fired and began to unemployment benefits. I looked for work, but I think I was discriminated against because she was pregnant, because nobody would hire me. Now, my last month in benefits of 07 July had exhausted and no longer receive benefits. I had a baby on July 15 and I'm ready to look for work once again hoping for better luck this time. I was wondering if there is any extension or anything of any kind in insurance to help me right now until I can find something. If anyone knows anything please I would really appreciate it.
Not at this time, sorry. In the past, Congress has approved federal extension. . . but there is now active.
