If I move from Iowa to Minnesota for 1 year or when I have to buy a new car insurance (cheaper in Iowa)?
The car is registered with my parents who still live in Iowa, but mainly will be driving in MN, I do not know if that changes anything. It would also have to change my license plate, and (parents still live in Iowa)?
