insurance liability waiver form
Where can I get compensation and waiver of liability forms?
I need these forms for the uninsured contractor and its workers uninsured employment contract. We live on Cape Cod and have already tried more than a dozen contractors. This was recommended by the roofing company and can have some liability insurance, but still want to have the waiver and indemnity ways to protect myself in case someone is injured.
