Do I have to turn the unemployment insurance claim if he LLC?
I self-contractor in 2007 and had an LLC. I worked two months in the year past. I filed for unemployment insurance. For a week I received unemployment insurance of $ 450. After my CPA told me because I have LLC can not claim insurance So unemployment is not intended nothing more. Will I have to claim back a week ($ 450) later?
If you did not work during that week, then you are not obligated to return the funds. Have an LLC itself does not prevent it from being eligible, unless they participate actively in the business and generate income.
