Hello, my name is Chris, and I hate insurance. My father hated insurance before me, and for all I know his father before him. More … It is a kind family tradition, I guess. I have my home insurance, car insurance, insurance for my life, my boat insurance, insurance for my children, my health insurance, insurance for teeth, insurance for my prescription, my insurance for bank loans and insurance for when I travel. Wow! It is a wonder, I'm not sure my insurance. Do not laugh, I'm sure I've heard that there is an insurance company that insures other insurance companies. Someone must be doing an annihilation of all this. The only I do not have insurance these days, is a pet insurance. Just because we do not have a pet, and children are lobbying hard on this front.
Why Insurance hate what?
Everyone hates insurance, because he always feels like we never have anything for him. Usually, when I buy something, I have to go out the door with him, or hear, or see, or just enjoy it. Insurance does nothing about it. Certainly seems like a very one-sided agreement. "Thanks for the check Mr. Campbell. Not to mention that all the above oh-so-employees of the mutual insurance company treating you like a leper, who just ran over your puppy three times, and stole all their children sweets Halloween.
What is your deepest fear?
We all want security, we all want to know everything will be fine. We hope that things remain status quo, and breaks are not important in our lives. That's what they buy insurance. The peace of mind. The protection of the unknown. The salvation of the disaster. And when it works, that's great. Insurance is a kind of socialist type of thing. All the chips in a bit to protect the unfortunate. And that's good. I feel better, if I think my insurance premiums saving another life-altering disaster. And the optimist in me thinks that is what really happens most of the time. This is when companies insurance refuse to pay the people who really need it, the more I resent. Especially when you only to fill the pockets of greedy shareholders and CEO. That is really not what insurance is for. Therefore, be smart with their purchases of insurance, and remember, we're all in this together.
