insurance medical examiner

Home Insurance question?
I have a friend, let's call her Jane. He broke his foot in the house of another friend whom we will call Sandra. Sandra is a homeowner, and Jane fell in his tracks. She went to urgent care and has a foot radiography. She has a follow-up appointment with your PCP tomorrow. When Jane suggested he run his medical bills though Sandra homeowner insurance, Sandra began to mourn and said it would "mean" to that. She is afraid to raise their rates and / or if required by your insurance to make some home repairs that can not afford. I used to work for a company health insurance (such as claims examiner), who was suspended this request for information on accidents. My understanding is that Jane's insurance Health Company will turn around and sue the homeowner Sandra insurance for these medical bills. My question is: Does Sandra get into more trouble if he does The report of this and hears this insurance? What and how? Any links would help!
Sandra better inform the cooperation your ins. Jane rbills must submit to your company health ins. They may ask what happened, and Jane would have to say. Search for "subrogation".
