Has anyone had problems with investors life insurance payments for legitimate claims?
State Insurance Commissioners compilation data of the complaints received against all insurers. Call your state commissioner office (or go to the website) and ask for these statistics. If investors of life has decreased a claim or delay settlement, may file a written complaint with the Commissioner. However, if the policy was purchased in another state, your complaint should go to the Commissioner in that state.
