Why are not there pills for yeast infection counter?
I'm curious why you still have no effective treatment demonstrated at the counter of fungal infections in pill form, why is the pill proven generic Diflican or her sister are sold through doctors? What's the hold up on having a pill at the local drug store for women who may not have insurance or be allergic to creams?
I think the reason that they have these pills available over the counter is because they need to be dosed out correctly according to each individual patient. Too much of a normal dose for one person may be fatal for another. That's the only reason I can think of. Hope that helps:)
