insurance partnership program
Pregnancy, pre-existing, discrimination, insurance ????????

I do not understand why, and whether federal laws prohibiting pregnancy as a preexisting condition but insurance companies can anyway. My boyfriend and I live together have a child and one on the way and I can not have no insurance coverage for Aetna UPS.So but if we get married very quickly and although I am already pregnant will be considered pre-existing, or there will be a waiting period? However, UPS allows same-sex couples to reach others! It makes no sense right? Can the file as a partnership and obtain the benefits of that? Plus I can not obtain a group insurance that covers me, or individual programs and assistant amount.I I just pay a little confused so if you have definitive answers and may opinion. Can help I would appreciate a report to the press, Senator, or UPS?

Federal law prohibits pregnancy as a preexisting condition of policies of group health insurance, because everyone in the group has to carry the coverage. Older people do, the postmenopausal women do, men do. No no cost sharing. There are many other people to pay maternity benefits, which the most NEVER use – such as men! But federal law does not prohibit consider the various policies of pre-existing pregnancy. So, clearly, is a preexisting condition, and coverage will not apply. If you marry, you can add to your insurance policy, your employer, then that is covered and not excluded as a preexisting condition. same-sex couples rarely have pregnancies surprise. It's funny how it works. . . National associations are for the same sex partners. A domestic partnership between individuals of the opposite sex is called "marriage."
