Anybody know of any free group therapy or support groups in the Philadelphia area, PA?
Anybody know of any free group therapy or support groups Philadelphia PA Area? I'm looking for a support group that deals with anxiety. My insurance does not cover this type of thing. You can not say with certainty that it is social phobia, but by a need for a better position to assert myself.
Try to find a center of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), which have centers in almost all cities and provide free groups for a variety of issues. A great resource!
