Insurance policy number formats?

Hello, I'm looking for a website or other resource that shows the format of insurance policy numbers self. I was in an accident and my supplements. insurance agent has the type is # but not a related company name. I wonder who the kid is insured with.

There is a database (I wish I had!) I recommend that after the policy number format, numbers and letters, here in tables.
