What rules are there for the creation of an art class for children?
My friend and I are both graduates of art (and mothers) and would like to create an art group or class of children, either after school or on Saturdays. The age group is probably 8 to 13. Does anyone one what the rules and regulations that exists for this, or the best place to ask about regulations? CRB check I was last year when I left for work, but I have to renew this? Should have some kind of insurance? We are in the UK.
