insurance roof damage
If my asbestos roof and is covered by insurance, which also covers water damage inside?
My roof has been leaking for years, but the franchise has been too high. Recently I learned that if my old roof is a roof made of asbestos would not be a dedectible and the entire roof would be covered for replacement. Thus, the insurance adjuster coming out – My question is, because I'm supposedly getting a new roof because of leaks, but by asbestos then my insurance did not cover the roof of my collapse on the inside (water leak) … is that?
No matter what the ceiling is done. Insurance companies cover "accidents". They can not cover lack of maintenance.
