I have an "informal" interview with a local agent today on the sale of position … What? 's should I ask?

already known, so it's going to be more of an open conversation, but I've never done sales of insurance (State Farm is the company) before, so I wonder who I need to think to ask. base salary, commissions, benefits, and really need a good insurance? 's to make sure I am informed about everything.

Ask about the training program if there is one. Ask what qualities make a success of REP. ask what is the quota. And how many representatives actually reach the objective in month, month out. Ask the retention rate and what the average stay is. If the turnover rate is high, this could be a banner red. Ask about the future growth of the company. ask What is the most difficult and challenging position. Good luck!
