I received a speeding ticket in IL for more than 16 mph. It's my first offense. Will my insurance rates go up?

He was 46 at 30. Never received a ticket before. My insurance provider Auto insurance is the owner (Michigan) through a Fazio Inc. in Joliet, Illinois. I had the option of completing school driving or a driving course online, only to pay the ticket or contest it in court in three weeks.

If you are found guilty or simply pay the fine can be assumed that rates will rise, but not automatic. But you should not pay the fine, that's what they want and is very easy. go to court and see the secretary, can not plead guilty without having to wait until the trial date. when the day can be given the option to plead guilty to a violation no movement. This does not informed about this to your insurance company, this would be worth your time and effort. you never just pay the fine because they have a million to one chance that your case could get fired, if the officer does not appear. Clearly, this will probably not happen, but if you just pay the fine they have no chance at all.
