Cool roof restoration and security question?
Hello. I have a home to sell. The problem is that the roof is leaking in the enclosed porch. I am considering retarring of the roof, or having the roof restored Cool roof coating rubber material. Guarantee ceiling fresco is 10 years. Is this the same as replacing a ceiling or class? Old roof is usually still in good condition except for the part of the porch, and roof, said this will make the roof watertight, since it is a product rubberbased (elastomeric, I think) Does this satisfy insurance company (or lending) guidelines to obtain a new policy at home? Most want the roof to be newer. As a new (less than 10 years perhaps) do not know.
Putting a roof coating usually does not mean the same as replacing the roof. But the agent would be able to give SU a response to your company. Each company will be able to offset its own response, however.
