Do we have 401K in Thailand?
My organization pays good salary, health insurance, travel allowance, education grant, Compensation pay (the laws of Thailand). But they have no 401K or retirement plan. Therefore, if you do not save money you do not have any savings. Today I open the bank account in Thailand – Thailand Standard Charter Bank and Siam Commercial. I used in my daily activities – paying bills, etc. can please suggest a financial plan? What kind of program that can join a savings of approximately 10-20% of income each month without me using it to buy "nice-to-have" personal lol?
Some Thai companies make contributions to pension plans for employees, but rarely seen. Saving 20% of your monthly income is a good start, but the money only to save lives is not enough. Accounts need to offer interest on your money so you can remain above inflation. You should consult a financial advisor in a reputable bank in Thailand or Singapore.
