I recently decorated my front room and moved to television in the kitchen in my old kitchen table, The table leg was broken by the weight fell on the TV and crashed off the screen, I called my insurance company and got me a representitive, because he was too busy to deal with my claim, I put off for 3 days as well as having pets in the house (Labrador Retriever) was worried about leaving in the house so I took it to my garden and let him out again rang the rep told me that due to the fact that television took off I could not make a claim, is there anything I can do or just forget about it?
