Help with my burrito business idea?
Going to finish school and at least get a degree, although not a necessity to start a business. I begin burrito delivery business. I think this would work well in a college town like Gainesville / Tallahassee. I know there Burrito Brothers, ME, and chipotle favorite all, but none of them offer home delivery, catering only. Now if you could offer a chipotle burrito style for 6 or $ 7 and perhaps a case of beer, so I think it's a solid idea. Would there be stipulations to the delivery of beer to a college campus or just in general, obviously, control of the customer identification would be necessary. Need insurance for distributors as well. Im going to ask about what type score food / beverage licenses. Any comments or suggestions about this idea? Ive been reading about different career paths and this is the only thing I enjoy, the challenge of starting a business. Mothas W0rd to ya.
Dude, a case of beer with a burrito? That's a bit exaggerated, do not you think? A pack of six will do. See with your County Clerk and State Comptroller's Office to see what is permissible to give, especially alcohol in a residential area. But still the idea of delivery food to college students is good. I remember studying my @ ss off and not have time to cook or go out to the burger even a cause of my class load. But instead alcohol, provide refreshments.
