insurance training
do insurance companies pay for your training?

I saw this im interested in employment insurance @ MetLife. work is service representative financial statements. my question is: The description said "Once you have obtained the required life / health licenses and registrations of FINRA, will become a part the team and start training "is what you pay for this record?" And the training? is this a good comp to work? and not being a financial services representative a good salary?

will pay for training, but once completed you get no salary and will be the entire committee. Plus you have to get the licenses before selling anything so all this time you will have no income. its ok to enter, but be prepared to not make money for a while. its best to seek a company that allows you to collaborate with senior representatives. or the work of your business book. otherwise what happens to most people is that they receive from their family and friends in the insurance, then either sell more and cannot be fired after making money. However, if you build a business book (which can take years), commissions on insurance products is enormous. MetLife is a quality company, but again, I would seek a more privatized company looking to build the building more.
