insurance utility trailer
My sister just died. How can I manage their property-not a typical situation?

Unfortunately my sister passed away yesterday. She owned a trailer that was in a trailer park. He had someone staying in the trailer with her (a person to help pay for public services). Assuming that not have life insurance that has not been determined yet, we (siblings) may have to sell their trailer to pay for the funeral. Since we brothers and sisters, are the only next of kin still alive, we have the legal right to evict the roommate who was living with her? Obviously we need the money for a proper burial, but his roommate refused to leave the trailer. I understand that I should probably contact a lawyer, but simply can not afford it at this time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Let the probate judge to control this, and can not simply take the law into their own hands. The tenant must pay rent as before directly to the farm. You will need to open an estate account to has finished probate.

TRAILER THEFT? – You need THE BIG STICK!!
