The waiver must be withdrawn after workplace injuries?
I presented my resignation letter writing (30 days in advance) my work as a contractor in Kuwait last week. I was subsequently involved in a traffic accident while being driven to work in a rented bus company always. I suffered injuries including a dislocated shoulder and lower back injuries. I'm currently out of work sick. I withdraw my letter of resignation pending the outcome of my medical recovery or do not mind the extent of insurance coverage and Worker's Compensation Claims is it? The hope is anyone out there has had that experience. Thank you!
