how difficult it could be ….. can say I have 4 houses and rent them for $ 700 each, that of 33,600 per year … but all in all I have to pay property taxes and insurance so only one year would be 20000-22000. but then I move to Mexico, where living expenses are Chipper and have a good life ……. …. THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT COULD GO WRONG By the way, lives in Dallas TX. THANKS!
