life insurance denial reasons
Who can obtain a copy of a life insurance policy?
My mother died and she used to live in MI, but just before she died moved back to Texas. It was then that I discovered for some reason she named her caretaker as the beneficiary. She told me I was the second but not I'm sure if she made secondary beneficiary or contingent beneficiary. My mother also signed a document before he died he was supposed to go with his cousin insurance policy had no will. None of his wishes have been honored by his caregiver and everything my mother left us we can not achieve due to their caregiver do not let us get anywhere. We take it before cuz we were not worrying about what is going to get that just wanted to spend time with her and I think we were still in denial. Just want to know if I get a copy of your life insurance so I can look over it, not because what this lady is doing is right and I just want to make sure there is nothing I can do about it. you can request a copy of the company as it does all the time but may have a claim for the executor of the estate removed
