A 69 year old widow has been left in shock after a life insurance company wrote to her husband asked if I would be interested in adopting of a policy.
The man in question died four years ago, barely two weeks after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

The widow who opened the letter addressed to offend her dead husband, said the letter caused her extreme distress.
