Racing road kill, what's the solution?
Once again, without worrying about (and no brain, I think) drivers, racing on a highway, killed an innocent man (see link: http://www.thestar.com/News/article/226880). Its just a matter of time before a deputy proposes a mandatory prison sentence for offenders. a 10 year min mand for races. then may have matured some and some steps for parents too.
