Can a life insurance heritage be withheld for child support arrears in Pennsylvania?
My ex's mother died leaving the beneficiary of life insurance and who owes child support arrears, and I'm trying to figure out if that money can be held and used to pay child support of the children back and some ideas on how to find life insurance information to provide to the department of child support enforcement.
