life insurance proceeds tax treatment

I am of the mindset that if a charity is really good you should give more than once, often even if for a reason why I think Why not support what you represent and wholeheartedly to that?
One of the general causes that I care about is the welfare, especially when good health is threatened life difficult for injuries or illnesses. No one is more helpless than a sick child or an adult age, especially one incapacitated as a result of their illness.
Kidney disease is a condition that can affect anyone, anytime, regardless of age or previous health status was. People often died of the disease, but thanks to modern scientific and medical advances, death is no longer inevitable. However, the costs for the treatment of kidney disease as may exceed the insurance coverage, forcing people to wait or ration treatment, which can be dangerous.
The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) has a rich heritage of helping those affected by the prevention of kidney disease and urinary tract diseases, improve health and wellbeing of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation. This type of work requires money and one of the main ways that NKF raises money is through donations of used vehicles.
When the NKF receives a new car for the donation, they turn around and sell the car and maintain the product to fund its work. Donors get a receipt from the NKF after the sale is completed to let them know how much money was raised by the auction. It is that amount donors can list on your tax form for the IRS guidelines.
NKF's program is so successful that in the course of a year, recycles Kidney Cars 15,000 cars, a total of 60,000 tires and a staggering 30,000,000 million pounds of steel. These cars are a better use of older vehicles, where end up: in the junkyard.
To encourage donations from now until the end of the year, KCF is making eligible donors to win one of 25 awards including the Grand Prize – a weekend for four at the Pebble Beach golf course in California. Donors may also have the chance to win $ 25,000 cash or a year's worth of gas. Either way, your donation is critical at this time.
Since the program began 25 years ago, more 650,000 vehicles have pumped a total of $ 150 million in savings schemes of life, including free kidney screening for people at risk, research, public education and training and camps for children on dialysis. I had the privilege of donating three vehicles and plan to donate additional vehicles in the future.
